Is Methylene Blue right for you or  your loved one?

Methylene Blue is in Alzheimer’s/Dementia Research!

Methylene Blue is an FDA-approved drug, however not specifically approved for Alzheimer’s or dementia. If you research the latest articles on Pubmed.gov and a few other journals, you’ll see that scientists are studying its effects on Alzheimer’s. It appears to have beneficial effects in strengthening the supporting structures of memory paths, but not a cure because it doesn’t completely fix the dementia problems. Research is still ongoing and long-term effects are not known. Side effects are not known. Testimonials support improvement and overall brain support, but it is not known for how long or if it is permanent. The research is exciting and promising, but it is still all just research at this point. You will need to discuss using this with your doctor, as Methylene Blue has known interactions with some medicines and medical conditions that could be dangerous or even fatal. The use of this product for Alzheimer’s or Dementia is not approved by the FDA.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3087269/ -Methylene blue, an inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase and guanylate cyclase has many uses in medicine. It has been found to improve the hypotension associated with various clinical states. It also improves hypoxia and hyper dynamic circulation in cirrhosis of liver and severe hepatopulmonary syndrome. It also results in transient and reproducible improvement in blood pressure and cardiac function in septic shock.

–>READ THIS ONE –> https://www.cfspharmacy.pharmacy/blog/post/the-many-clinical-uses-of-methylene-blue -Methylene blue can improve Alzheimer`s symptoms by a combination of diverse functions. The pathological effects of Alzheimer`s include amyloid plaques(aggregates of the amyloid protein in the gray matter of the brain) and neurofibrillary tangles. Neurofibrillary tangles are caused by the accumulation of a protein called Tau inside nerve cells in the brain. Clinical symptoms of Alzheimer’s are more correlated with Tau protein than with amyloid plaques. Methylene blue can decrease tau formation through its effect on mitochondria which should improve and/or delay clinical symptoms of Alzheimer`s disease.
