Shipping & Delivery
We highly recommend that you use USPS Priority Mail for faster speed of your order. If you do choose USPS, please be aware that the package can be left at the door with no signature required. UPS and Fed Ex are available but it has been our experience that their prices are much higher and their delivery times are typically slower. USPS priority takes 2-3 days from the time it leaves our shipper. UPS can take 7-10 business days and has even taken longer. Paying more doesn’t always guarantee faster delivery. We ask that you allow 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If it has been longer than 2 weeks, please contact our customer service department at: 817-710-6918.
We ship to International locations, however, once your order leaves the United States, we no longer have any control. Your customs may delay your package & we can not be responsible for that. USPS International Priority Mail is usually the best value.
SPECIAL NOTE: In the event of a mail system or delivery shutdown, we cannot be held responsible for your product not getting to you. We reserve the right to wait for the product to be returned to us before your refund is issued. While we have never seen this happen, we are living in crazy times with new challenges like the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We wanted to state our policy on this ahead of time, in case there should be some kind of mail system shut down.

We will not rent, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties. For your security, we do not store your credit card information.
Returns & Replacements
Our 30 day money-back guarantee is for unopened product only. Please make sure the product seal has not been broken, and it’s in like-new condition. Pack product in original or comparable packing and email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) for a Return Authorization number. Once you receive your Return Authorization number by email, you’ll also have instructions included on return address on where to ship the product. Once we receive the undamaged, new and unopened product, we will refund the full price of the product, minus shipping charges from us to you. It will be your responsibility to pay for return shipping to us as well. Sorry but no refunds can be given for any product that has been opened or the seal broken on the container, or if over 30 days has passed from the original purchase date.
